Pittsburgh, PA – November 2, 2018: 3 Rivers Capital (“3RC”) has acquired Amazing Care Home Health Services, Inc., (“Amazing Care”), an Aurora, Colorado-based home health services company.

November 17, 2016: 3 Rivers Capital (“3RC”), a Pittsburgh-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce that it has acquired American Grease Stick Company (“AGS”), a leading manufacturer of branded automotive fluid transfer lines and related products to the automotive aftermarket.

3 Rivers Capital has acquired MPC Plating, Inc., the Cleveland, Ohio-based industry leader of decorative and non-decorative plastic and metal plating services. EdgePoint served as the exclusive financial advisor to MPC Plating. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

November 19, 2013 (Pittsburgh, PA) – 3 Rivers Capital, a Pittsburgh-based private equity firm, announced that it has completed the recapitalization of PHOENIX Rehabilitation and Health Services, Inc. (“PHOENIX”), a provider of physical therapy, occupational therapy, and workplace health services. PHOENIX is headquartered in Indiana, PA.
